Mitch # 1 is ours  Without #3&4 we would not know what we had here.  It is a good start and even after the %s are doled out we are increasing production on a consistent basis since April. 

Stocton # 2 is 75 % to TECO and it will be a deal breaker for the shorts and should end dilution of shares.
