I had good notes taken from conversations with my source and he told me about the GT IPO sometime in 2011, saying they were involved with a company in an iron ore sands project.  I lost the file when my hard drive crashed awhile back.  My contact is listed on the shares summary page.  Perhaps someone I e-mailed has some specific timing that might tie it to when the JV went south.  But with more mine resources, all hell has got to bust loose once the muzzle is off.
