I think were still stuck in the ol "hurry up and wait" mode. If theres any justice left CWRN should steamroll Geo in both court cases. Going public is yet another ruse to try and legitimize its operation obviously, and I remain convinced they are using CWRN funds to do it. They are likely all in given what CWRN is going after them for, so why not burn through our cash and delay as long as possible in attempt to squeeze anything out, giving us the finger in the process...some humans have no shame. If they get 5% of the company its a massive victory for them, even 1% is, hence the games micro has schooled us in ad nauseum.
