I do not think they will file on time because of the backlash that will happen when people can sell the registered shares.  Unless we get a profit and a buy back. Then there will be room on the market for registered share.  Just saying that you know that when they get to a point that the company is big enough they can hire a guy just to do these thing you are worried about.  Until that happens they need to spend every penny on drilling more wells for oil.
