Why isn't anyone buying shares? LOL! Rhetorical question of course since my rants have explained many of those answers. Yeah I know........TECO has a new business plan and TECO is turning the corner.   Let's see how the 2nd and 3rd Q's look which I assume most of the market is waiting on.  The anticipation of the Q's is probably the only data keeping the PPS from going to .005.  Then we have the 2013 10K to look forward to which hopefully shows a record high revenue.  That should be filed next June unless of course TECO starts to file on time per their acknowledgement.
