You're right. If those numbers are correct and the $1 per share for Regen is correct, people could buy a million shares of BMSN up to .008 per share and still run absolutely no risk of losing any money (and taking guaranteed profits at any point below .008). That almost sounds too good to be true.
As far as the concept of Regen BioPharma being publicly traded being new, it may be new to alot of the shareholders but I believe Koos has been planning this for quite some time. He made the change to Regen BioPharma's share structure back on May 16 according the Nevada Secretary of State's website.
