That's correct - only fix is for the company to come through with what they had told everyone they would do several months ago. And since the company has not followed-through, that is the reason the PPS is dropping. Yes, shorters and bidwhackers can take it down temporarily, but if there was buying pressure the PPS would shoot back up.

The blame rests with the company.
