Its cause these guys messing with the pps bust through all the chart technicals so momo isnt going to come, the company doesnt promo so notes and whoever gets to whack down the pps. If chart technicals are busted consistently nobody is going to trust the chart for bounces anymore. Most penny players dont care about the company or products, so chart needs to be fixed and whoever is manipulating the stock down knows this...only fix is a reset aka cusip, divvy, split unless they decide to promo...
