dont know what u mean exactly but this is not the kind of r/s pennyland is so familiar w and afraid of- and before that happens all restrictions dtc etc will be removed via filing of financials,prospectus and sec reg statement-remember dtc requires r/s in these situations to raise pps above 1c-and many investors wont buy at this low pps

and we will have at least current otc classification and then uplisting to otcqb as sec reporting co and escape some of the games and greatly increase buying and investor pool- so buys exceed sells-
