The company passed the Stage 2 Audit with no non-conformities. The company's quality management system has finally reached compliance.
The Disclosure indicates that the Technical files need to be formally drafted, filed, and physically present within each of the individual countries (Ministries of Health) before it is able to sell its products.
It cannot be understated that these files have to be physically present in each country before the company can sell its products.
These files have to be tailored to the requirements of individual countries (including language).
