Could somebody explain to me how a disclosure could come out today saying the Technical Files for the Mammoview have yet to be drafted, when Solos' schedule clearly said this was a process that was supposed to take place before the 2nd Audit, as the 2nd audit was supposed to review these?  We all know the schedule(s) were going to be slower than advertised over the past year, but the way that part of the schedule was written makes it look like Solos has been flat out lying about their progress. Thoughts? Also, having Aqua cheerleading for trips over on the other board isn't encouraging, especially for anyone who's averaged down time and time again like I know many of you have.  Anyone care to put a positive spin on any of this that isn't completely contrived?
