the trommel-but they have all the permits as of spring 2013, as we've posted before ,and won a court case against govt port games in April/May 2013 -so over 68000 tons shipped May 19,2013 by the old shipping team
now Brad/the new shipping team need to learn the process,which they no doubt have been doing, and get the ships out the door
