Nothing more than somebody trying to manipulate the PPS, hoping to stimulate some action. There were over a million visible on the bid, so the sell order @5 was for only 50K shares. Clearly, this is a game for someone... A game that costs nearly as much in trading fees as the shares sold are worth. Probably only netted $15 bucks after fees. What a clown.
