Additionally, she served at the New York Blood Center Enterprises. Lai’s educational background includes a master's degree in public administration from the Austin W. Marx School of Public and International Affairs at Baruch College. Moreover, she is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE), highlighting her qualifications in the field.
