Invalda INVL Reports Strong Growth and Strategic Investments

Invalda INVL's Financial Performance Shows Remarkable Growth
Invalda INVL ended June with equity amounting to EUR 225.9 million, equating to EUR 18.73 per share. This marks a significant increase of 27.4% and 27.5% compared to a year prior, even accounting for dividends that have been disbursed.
During the first half of 2025, Invalda INVL achieved an impressive unaudited net profit of EUR 18 million. This figure represents a growth of 53.8% over the previous year's net profit of EUR 11.7 million during the same timeframe.
The company declared dividends of EUR 1.25 per share from its profits in 2024, setting a record for its largest dividend payout. Since going public, Invalda INVL has returned a total of EUR 87.4 million to its shareholders through dividends and share buybacks.
“The global business environment remains unpredictable, requiring us to be adaptable. We see this as an opportunity to thrive. Our preparedness allows us to engage effectively in this ever-changing landscape,” noted Darius Šulnis, the CEO of Invalda INVL.
At the end of June, the company’s assets under management totaled EUR 2 billion, driven by newly attracted investor capital and the rising value of investments. This represents a 26.9% increase over the year and an 18.5% increase since the start of the year, resulting in gains of EUR 9.9 million for the group's clients in the first half of 2025.
Strategic Core Business Focused on Asset Management
Invalda INVL’s core business, which specializes in asset management and family office activities, generated a revenue of EUR 8.7 million in the first half of 2025. This shows a significant increase of 46.6% compared to the revenue generated in January to June 2024.
However, the core business garnered a profit of EUR 2.9 million, down from EUR 5.3 million from the same period last year, highlighting the challenges in a changing market landscape.
“We have over EUR 400 million in free cash available for investments across the Baltic region, Poland, Romania, and other adjacent markets. We are actively exploring acquisition prospects in areas like private equity, forestry, land, and private debt,” explains Šulnis.
In mid-July, the INVL Baltic Sea Growth Fund completed an equity investment in Pehart Group, a leading manufacturer of household and industrial paper products in Romania. This investment concludes the formation of a portfolio of ten ambitious companies across the Baltics, Poland, and Romania, with plans for continued investment through the INVL Private Equity Fund II.
The INVL Renewable Energy Fund I, focused on renewable energy projects, secured EUR 29.3 million in financing from Kommunalkredit to develop solar power plants. Additionally, REFI Sun, owned by the fund, successfully raised EUR 15 million via a public bond offering.
Positive Impact of Equity Investments
Invalda INVL's other equity investments contributed EUR 16.9 million to earnings during the first half of 2025. This positive performance was significantly influenced by the valuation growth of the banks in which the company has holdings. Notably, the company has stakes in Artea Bank and maib, Moldova’s largest bank.
Maib reported a record net profit of EUR 42.5 million in the first half of this year, contributing EUR 2.5 million to Invalda INVL’s pretax profit. Similarly, the Artea Bank group achieved a net profit of EUR 31.9 million, which had a EUR 12.2 million positive impact on Invalda INVL’s results.
Targeted investments to boost production capability, alongside a favorable economic cycle in poultry and dairy, have positively impacted the Litagra group’s profits, adding EUR 2.3 million to Invalda INVL's first-half results.
