Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico Announces Master Development Program
Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, S.A.B. de C.V. (NYSE: PAC; BMV: GAP) has completed its ordinary review process for the Master Development Program (MDP) and the Maximum Tariffs applicable to its airports in Mexico for the period of 2025 to 2029. The review process was approved by the Ministry of Infrastructure, Communications and Transportation through the Federal Civil Aviation Agency.
Maximum Tariffs Determination
The Federal Civil Aviation Agency (AFAC) has set the applicable maximum tariffs per workload unit for each airport based on detailed projections, which include anticipated traffic growth, operating costs, and capital investments outlined in the Master Development Program. These calculations follow the guidelines established in the Concession Agreements regarding tariff regulations that have been in effect since late 2023.
