On August 26, 2024, we acquired 14,499 shares at an average price of €98.90, amounting to a total consideration of approximately €1,433,956.90. The subsequent days saw continued buying momentum as we purchased:
- 11,277 shares on August 27 at €99.16 for a total of €1,118,212.66.
- 12,480 shares on August 28 at €99.45, totaling €1,241,097.31.
- 10,693 shares on August 29 at an average of €100.24, equating to €1,071,846.00.
- Lastly, on August 30, we bought 9,571 shares at €101.08, resulting in a total of €967,413.71.
In total, we purchased 58,520 ordinary shares from Euronext Amsterdam for approximately €5,832,526.58.

- 775 shares on August 28 at €99.31 for a total of €76,965.02.
- 750 shares on August 29 at €99.95 amounting to €74,959.13.

The total for Turquoise Europe reached 3,768 shares for about €375,038.84.
On Aquis Exchange Europe, we also acquired:
- 1,540 shares on August 26 for €99.20, totaling €152,766.77.
- 1,348 shares on August 27 at €99.20 for €133,715.13.
