Euro Manganese Partners with ICP Securities for Market Making Services
Euro Manganese Inc. (TSX-V and ASX: EMN; OTCQB: EUMNF; Frankfurt: E06) is pleased to share its new partnership with ICP Securities Inc. for automated market making services. This collaboration will leverage ICP’s proprietary algorithm, ICP Premium™, and will comply with the regulations set by the TSX Venture Exchange.
Agreement Details
Under this agreement, Euro Manganese will compensate ICP with a monthly fee of CAD$7,500. The contract will initially last for three months from the date of agreement, with the possibility of monthly renewals unless either party provides a written notice at least thirty days in advance. Notably, the agreement does not include any performance-based or equity compensation for ICP, although they might consider acquiring an interest in Euro Manganese's securities in the future.
Approval and Responsibilities
This appointment is pending approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. ICP will carry out its market making activities to manage temporary imbalances in supply and demand for Euro Manganese shares. All expenses related to the buying and selling of shares will be solely incurred by ICP, ensuring that no external funding or securities will be used for these activities.
