Cousins Properties (CUZ) has announced a substantial lease agreement with a Fortune 100 technology company, covering approximately 320,000 square feet of the Domain 12 property. This new tenant will be taking over the lease from Meta Platforms, effective January 1, 2026, which extends its lease maturity from 2031 to 2040.
The Domain portfolio, which encompasses about 2.5 million square feet, currently boasts an impressive occupancy rate of over 99%. This statistic emphasizes the strong demand for high-quality office spaces in desirable locations. Completed in 2020, Domain 12 is situated close to a vibrant dining and entertainment district, making it an attractive place for tenants.
This state-of-the-art lifestyle office property offers numerous amenities designed to enhance the experience of its clients. Features include inviting cafes, scenic outdoor terraces, a well-equipped fitness center, and ample bike storage, alongside direct access to several walking and cycling trails.

This includes 404,011 square feet of new leases, 268,210 square feet from renewals, and 122,019 square feet dedicated to expansion leases.
