This partnership will focus on providing corporate-finance advisory and equity research services as detailed in an engagement letter.
Details of the Engagement Agreement
Under the terms of this engagement, Canada Carbon will pay the Consultant an annual fee of £50,000. This fee structure stipulates that half of the Annual Fee will be compensated in common shares of the Company, with the share price determined by the Market Price. The remaining 50% will be paid in cash installments of £6,250 before each fiscal quarter.
