Incorporated in Washington, Hollund Industrial Marine Inc., formerly Hollund Industrial, Inc. (“Hollund" is an industrial marine equipment and services company. The Company seeks to align the interests of the offshore producer and contractor by offering innovative heavy equipment designed to improve operating safety, efficiency and productivity. Hollund’s seces are based on four functional, but integrated areas of concentration: 1) Development, 2) Production, 3) Sales and Licensing, and 4) Service. Hollund has the exclusive patents to TigerLynk Technology . TigerLynk is an innovative Underwater Remote Manipulator System (“Machine" designed for a wide assortment of heavy underwater construction and recovery services. TigerLynk Machines feature large-scale Robotic Manipulators, or Arms. The Arm can perform remote operations that are difficult and dangerous for humans to perform alone. This unique product will allow the Company to generate significant revenues and earnings from sales, leasing and servicing to various companies worldwide in offshore energy, marine construction, mining, forestry, and flood emergency response, as well as to governments. The Company is currently developing a Next-generation model, called the AR-120, with potential interests in the Machinery.

History of Hollund Industrial Marine Inc.
Hollund Industrial, Inc. went public in November of 2007 through a reverse merger. The Company was formed to leverage the management team's 40-plus years of experience and expertise in order to meet growing demand for hi-tech industrial equipment solutions and infrastructure related project services worldwide.

In February of 2008, Hollund acquired the exclusive patents to TigerLynk Technology . In July of 2008, the Company changed its name from Hollund Industrial, Inc. to Hollund Industrial Marine Inc. to reflect the new business focus. Hollund is currently developing the new TigerLynk AR-120 Machine with plans for a major product debut.

Mr. Meier is a shareholder who has been in the lumber business for over 20 years, working specifically in the lumber exporting sector for BC Forest Products (BCFP), Fletcher Challenge Canada and International Forest Products (INFOR). He has business management experience and has consulted and been active in the public market for over 15 years.
SHELDON B. ROMAIN
Vice President and Director

Mr. Romain has 24 years experience in natural resource industries and environmental protection. He has planned and directed a wide variety of projects in Forestry, Oil and Gas, Mining, Hydroelectric, Transportation and Environmental Management. Mr. Romain has helped to coordinate and implement a number of timber projects involving Weyerhaeuser, Canfor, Tolko and West Fraser.

Forestry
Underwater forestry is an emerging global industry worth an estimated $50 billion in untapped potential reserves. Hollund offers the most advanced underwater forest machines on the market, and combines that with years of industry experience. If you are in the underwater logging business, we have the right equipment for your project.

Mining
Hollund offers specialized dredging equipment for remote, underwater gold mining operations. Using our innovative machinery and tools, operators can perform initial surveys and sampling, and dredging to recover deposits.

Flood Emergency Response
Hollund offers remote operated, heavy equipment that can assist in many flood rescue and recovery operations. From debris removal to repair of damaged infrastructures, our machines are designed for safety and versatility.
