They will definitely have to use divers till the tigerlynk gets started and built. As for the count, that was supposed to be done in the survey they did. Everything should be accounted for, they just needed to seal the deal and it sounds like they did this last week so I don't undestand what the holdup is. We shall see. After all this secrecy to protect the concession, once they announce it is a done deal, they should be able to give us all the details such as value, species, length of contract, Central American lumber company, lobbyist, harvesting options until tiger lynk is built, partners, ect. These should all be made available to public info. No reason not to.
