Dong Jung
CEO of GD Entertainment & Technology, Inc.
Dong Jung is one of the pioneers of co-production, co-financing and co-distribution concept in South Korea with nearly 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry. His first co-production, co-financing and co-distribution project was Super Duper Sumos, children’s animated TV series, with DIC Entertainment then a subsidiary of Walt Disney Company. In 2001 Mr. Jung established C3 Entertainment Inc in Los Angeles, California. This company went onto co-produce, co-finance and co- distribute New Adventures In Odyssey series with Focus on the Family of Colorado Springs, Colorado. C3 was successful in acquiring distribution of “New Adventures of Odyssey” for Europe. He formed Golden Dog Productions in 2004.
He received his B.A. in Economics from George Washington University in 1983 and J.D. from New England School of Law in 1986. He lives with his lovely wife and two darling daughters in Westlake Village, California.
Lawrence J. Bracco

Over 20 years of brand management and marketing experience. As Chief Marketing Officer of The Venture Alliance (TVA), Bracco brought a high degree of results-oriented marketing programs to the alliance of financiers. He founded Creative Ventures, Ltd., a consulting business specializing in strategic planning, business development, and marketing strategy for television and new media industries with emphasis on transactional television and electronic commerce. Bracco was also co-founder/CEO of Mommy & Me Enterprises, a leading consumer brand for parents and young children. Bracco was the Chief Marketing Officer for CEOA, a public company that developed CREDITZ, the world’s first true digital currency in 2002. He has developed and produced a number of highly successful music and video projects, and has two Platinum sales awards issued by the Recording Industry Association of America.

James Lau

During the late 1990s to early 2000s, James led IBM in the delivery of e-business services worldwide. The solutions delivered include e-learning, e-banking, e-shopping and web development and media content streaming through the internet. He pioneered a remote solution for the profitable delivery of information technology services worldwide and holds 2 pending patents in business technologies. As CFO of Norflicks Productions Ltd., James has been responsible for both financial and business management of the company. Since 2002, he has provided business and technology consulting services both in Canada and in China. He specialized in process re-engineering, business transformation and strategy development to help organizations grow and leverage new opportunities. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors in a number of government and business organizations across Canada.
James "Jimmy" LaBrie

Mr. LaBrie has been one of Hollywood’s most prolific and successful hospitality entrepreneurs spanning the past 23 years. He has been a main fixture in the launch of many of Hollywood’s most famous nightclubs: Barfly (1997), Las Palmas Supper Club (1998), Bliss (2002), and El Centro (2003), Jimmy's Lounge (2006), Las Palmas (2010). With the opening of “Barfly”, he was immediately thrust into the limelight as one of Hollywood’s best bartenders, handling an average of $7k a night in sales. Barfly’s parent company’s yearly gross sales grew to $5m annually under LaBrie’s leadership. By 1998, Jimmy was also consulting and managing "Las Palmas Supper Club" which opened in the spring of 1998 with great success. Sales reached in upwards of $25k a night, partly due to the knowledge of the business and the management of Mr. LaBrie. "Bliss" in the fall 2002 was another success story, which enabled him to gain the notoriety as a one of the Los Angeles’ premier hospitality operators. In February 2005 he launched "Jimmy’s Lounge" in Hollywood. Jimmy’s Lounge has played host to some of Hollywood’s biggest celebrities. From Paris Hilton’s birthday party, to Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears having a dance off, to Puff Daddy relaxing in the VIP area, Jimmy’s Lounge has seen it all. In October 2010, Mr. LaBrie was contracted by YTK investment to revitalize and re-launch Las Palmas.
