Montreal, Quebec, Canada, November 14, 2014 – Donini, Inc. (OTC: DNNC), is pleased to announce that all parties have agreed to all outstanding terms of their planned merger with GD Entertainment and Technology, Inc. The attorneys are completing the necessary corporate filings, and they expect the merger to now be completed within next 7 days.
The Company recently published its amended financial statements for the years ending May 31, 2010, through May 31, 2014, and quarterly statements for 2014 ending August 31, 2014 in preparation for closing its merger.

Donini, Inc., a New Jersey Corporation, was established in 2001 when the company acquired control, by way of a reverse merger, of Pizza Donini, a Canadian company that has been operating and licensing Italian style restaurants specializing in pizza and related products within the Greater Montreal Area in the province of Quebec for over 20 years.
