The company's operating margin forecast has also been elevated to between 17.8% and 18.1%, reflecting the new Section 232 furniture tariffs along with revised tariffs on imported goods such as those from China and India.

Looking ahead, the company projects around $35 million in annual interest income with a maintained effective tax rate of 26%. Long-term, Williams-Sonoma aims for mid-to-high single-digit revenue growth with margins in the mid-to-high teens.
