Her prior experience includes working in the Healthcare Investment Banking group at Morgan Stanley. Caroline serves on the boards of several WCAS portfolio companies, including EnableComp, Norstella, and Owl Practice Suite. Additionally, she actively contributes to Juma Ventures, a non-profit organization committed to helping youth escape the cycle of poverty through education and employment opportunities.
