Meet the Board Members
The Shareholders’ Nomination Board consists of five members:
- Susanna Pettersson, who serves as the Chair of the Board and has been appointed by The Finnish Cultural Foundation.
- Markus Aho is representing Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company.
- Esko Torsti, appointed by Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company, adds his expertise to the board.

The Selection Process
Each of the four largest shareholders of Huhtamaki has the opportunity to appoint one member to this board. Additionally, the Chair of the Board fulfills the role of an expert member.
