TTM Technologies Enhances RF Product Line for Advanced Applications

TTM Technologies Expands Radio Frequency Offerings

TTM Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTMI), a renowned global manufacturer specializing in technology solutions, is excited to unveil its latest advancements in radio frequency (RF) components. With a firm commitment to innovation, TTM is introducing ultra-small RF crossover and splitter components designed specifically for the telecommunications, test and measurement, and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) Mil-Aero markets. These enhancements not only enrich TTM's existing product line but also meet the escalating demands of these critical sectors.

Introducing the Ultra Small Low-Profile RF-RF Crossover

A standout in TTM's new offerings is the ultra-small low-profile DC-40GHz RF-RF crossover, identified as the XMX00400R-02. This compact component is engineered for superb layout simplification, significantly reducing the layer count needed in designs. Capable of handling 2W continuous wave power, the crossover also boasts impressive performance metrics, including a low insertion loss of 0.4dB from DC-18GHz and 0.8dB from 18GHz to 40GHz. For applications requiring high-frequency handling and spatial efficiency, the XMX00400R-02 is the ideal solution.

Enhanced Performance with the 2 Way 6dB Splitter

Another remarkable addition is the 0805 DC - 40GHz ultra broadband 2 way 6dB splitter, known as the XRS00400J1-30. This component is crafted with embedded resistive elements, beautifully merging size with high performance. It simplifies the process of ADC-DAC splitting and enables efficient signal chain construction without the need for a buffer. Notably, it features a transmission loss of 6.7dB, an estimated return loss of 18dB, and insertion loss of 0.8dB across 18GHz to 40GHz, addressing a variety of broadband analog/digital splitting requirements. This splitter is also tailored for a range of test and measurement applications and COTS Mil-Aero needs.

Commitment to Quality and Performance

TTM ensures that all newly introduced components undergo rigorous Xinger® qualification testing, guaranteeing that each unit meets high standards of reliability and performance. Each component is 100% RF tested to ensure it can withstand the applications it is designed for.
