Tintina Mines Advances Drilling and Geometallurgical Insights

TORONTO – Tintina Mines Limited (TSXV: TTS) proudly announces the successful completion of its recent drilling campaign at the Domeyko Sulfuros Project. This strategic initiative aimed to enhance the company's Inferred Resources, ensuring sustainable development for a Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) that meets industry standards.

The drilling program primarily focused on upgrading resource estimates and exploring the potential for further expansion in the northwest and at greater depths. Encouraging preliminary drill results affirm the resource's potential, showcasing significant advancements in resource estimation.

Drilling Campaign Overview

The 2025 Domeyko Sulfuros drilling campaign comprised 12 diamond drill holes, totaling an impressive 5,810 meters. This extensive effort provided vital data that is crucial for refining the 3D geological models and collecting necessary geotechnical information and core samples for geomechanical assessments.

Anticipating an updated resource estimate to be released soon, Tintina has already received 20% of its geochemical analysis results, with complete copper-gold assay outcomes expected by the end of the month. Key intercepts within the quartz-diorite porphyry provide pivotal insights for future developments.

Geometallurgical Testing Results

Geometallurgical testing outcomes have revealed that chalcopyrite is the dominant copper-bearing mineral in the project. The results indicate high liberation rates and minimal association with pyrite, along with the presence of native gold and electrum, found in fine particles closely linked with sulfides. These findings underscore the ore's favorable characteristics under operational conditions.

In terms of comminution testing, the ore demonstrated low abrasiveness and exhibited a range of hardness levels. Notably, rougher flotation tests have shown remarkable average recoveries of 92.6% for copper and 74.9% for gold at specified particle sizes, reflecting an efficient processing capability.

Working on the Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA)

To facilitate the development of the PEA, Andean Belt Resources has partnered with SRK Consulting, renowned for their extensive expertise in mining and economic evaluations. SRK Consulting will undertake essential tasks, including resource and cost estimations, scenario generation, and sensitivity analyses. This collaboration aims to ensure technical soundness and economic viability throughout the process.

Regular technical meetings and financial model assessments are planned to create a robust framework for the final report, expected to be delivered by the end of the year 2025.
