Tecan Announces Key Updates Ahead of Annual General Meeting
Tecan has recently shared its agenda for the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for April 10, 2025. This meeting comes at a pivotal time as the company continues to make strides in laboratory automation and healthcare innovation.
Board of Directors Update
In a significant move, the Board of Directors will suggest the re-election of seven current members. However, one notable change is that Karen Huebscher, who has been part of the board since 2012, will not seek re-election. The remaining board members being put forth for re-election include Myra Eskes, Oliver Fetzer, Matthias Gillner, Christa Kreuzburg, Monica Manotas, Daniel R.
