Update on Spar Nord Bank Share Buybacks for Week 33
This is company announcement no. 52. In announcement no. 10 from 2024, Spar Nord revealed a share buyback program with a budget of up to DKK 500 million, which began on 12 February 2024.
The main goal of this share buyback is to lower the bank's share capital by acquiring shares through the program. This initiative is being carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 from 16 April 2014, commonly referred to as the “Market Abuse Regulation.”

On 14 August 2024, 14,000 shares were acquired at an average price of DKK 134.56, for a total of DKK 1,883,840.
On 15 August 2024, another 14,000 shares were purchased at an average price of DKK 132.09, totaling DKK 1,849,260.
