Carl Graves brings more than two decades of invaluable executive experience marked by his ability to lead and scale high-growth services organizations. Before joining Sol, Graves co-founded Rizing, an SAP Services Partner, where he played a critical role in nurturing the company's growth from a nascent startup to over 1,500 personnel and nearly $250 million in revenue. His experience also includes managing over 10 mergers and acquisitions, notably, Rizing's successful sale to WIPRO Ltd..
Early Career Achievements
In addition to his time at Rizing, Graves served as the Chief Financial Officer of Genesis Solutions, another IBM Maximo Services partner. Under his leadership, Genesis successfully transitioned from its startup phase to achieving over 100 personnel and nearly $20 million in service revenue prior to its sale to a private equity firm.

His expertise includes structuring and syndicating debt offerings for industrial clients and facilitating leveraged buyouts. Graves also proudly served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy. He holds a BS from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from Yale University.
