Achieves 75% Year-Over-Year Revenue Growth for Q2 2024 and 157% Growth for H1 2024

The retention rate for paid subscriptions is over 45% for Q2 2024.

Signing Day Sports, Inc. (NYSE American: SGN) is the creator of the Signing Day Sports app and platform, which assists high school athletes in navigating the recruitment process. The company has released its financial results for the three and six months ending June 30, 2024.

Daniel Nelson, the Chief Executive Officer of Signing Day Sports, stated, "We are excited to announce a 75% year-over-year revenue growth for Q2 2024 compared to Q2 2023, along with an impressive 157% revenue growth for the first half of 2024 compared to the same period last year. This growth is fueled by increased revenue from events and subscriptions. Since our public listing in late 2023, we have concentrated on improving the Signing Day Sports app and attracting more student-athletes to our platform. By bringing application development in-house and hiring new talent to enhance app functionality, we are making significant progress toward long-term success."

Mr. Nelson continued, "We believe we are creating something that can profoundly impact many lives, fostering connections across the nation that inspire our team. The response from student-athletes and their families has been incredibly encouraging as we work toward our shared goals."

Jeff Hecklinski, President of Signing Day Sports, remarked, "Throughout 2024, our team has made considerable enhancements to the Signing Day Sports app, which continues to receive positive feedback from student-athletes and their families as they navigate the recruitment process. We have experienced a 42% increase in paid subscriptions in Q2 2024 compared to Q2 2023, and a remarkable 96% growth in the first half of 2024 compared to the previous year. Our app is instrumental in helping student-athletes and college programs identify potential matches for recruitment."

He added, "With our growth in app usage, we anticipate ongoing increases in paid subscriptions and revenue. Our heightened visibility at recruitment events has introduced more student-athletes to our platform through a complimentary trial option. The retention rate for paid subscriptions surpassed 45% on a month-to-month basis for the quarter ending June 30, 2024. Furthermore, we are beginning to see the positive outcomes of our partnerships with GOAT Farm Sports and SAJE Enterprises, which grant us exclusive access to key recruitment events as sponsors. Our expansion into baseball, softball, and soccer recruitment complements these partnerships and is poised to drive new subscriptions and improve renewal rates while reducing user attrition. We are eager to build on our successes in the second half of 2024 and beyond."
