Share Buyback Programme Update: Week 36

Ringkjøbing Landbobank’s share buyback programme runs from 1 February 2024 to 27 January 2025 and was first announced on 31 January 2024. Part I, with a total size of DKK 750 million, was completed on 27 June 2024. Part II began on 28 June 2024 with a budget of DKK 775 million and a cap of 1,550,000 shares, and it continues until 27 January 2025.

The programme is conducted under EU Commission Regulation No. 596/2014 and Delegated Regulation No. 2016/1052 to ensure compliance with the “Safe Harbour” framework.

Week 36: Daily purchases

During week 36, the bank continued to buy back shares under the programme on the following dates:

  • 2 September 2024: 4,900 shares at an average price of DKK 1,105.14 (total DKK 5,415,186)
  • 3 September 2024: 4,800 shares at an average price of DKK 1,099.57 (total DKK 5,277,936)
  • 4 September 2024: 4,500 shares at an average price of DKK 1,085.22 (total DKK 4,883,490)
  • 5 September 2024: 4,500 shares at an average price of DKK 1,071.89 (total DKK 4,823,505)
  • 6 September 2024: 4,600 shares at an average price of DKK 1,065.18 (total DKK 4,899,828)

As of 6 September 2024, a total of 245,207 shares have been repurchased under Part II for DKK 279,255,771 at an average price of DKK 1,138.86.

Cumulative buybacks to date

  • Under Part I (1 February 2024 – 27 June 2024): 631,900 shares at an average price of DKK 1,186.82 (total DKK 749,953,400).
  • Combined total (Part I and Part II): 877,107 shares at an average price of DKK 1,173.41 (total DKK 1,029,209,171).

Ringkjøbing Landbobank now holds 877,107 of its own shares, equal to 3.3% of the total share capital. These figures exclude shares held in the bank’s trading portfolio and customer investments.
