By 2020, they had this vision plastered on a whiteboard: mobile showers and laundry centers housed in a 24-foot truck. And, guess what? They made it happen—thanks in part to a little help from friends like SFA Saniflo.
The project dubbed "Hope Tank" rolled out with facilities for both bathing and laundry, a forward-thinking concept by any standards. But what really got the wheels turning was the tech behind it: those macerating and grinding toilets and pumps from Saniflo. Convenient, reliable, and exactly what you need when you're plumbing on a mobile service.
The Nuts and Bolts of This Partnership
Since its inception, Hope Vibes has used SFA Saniflo’s gear to great effect. The first Hope Tank got outfitted with two grinder pump systems and a drain pump, making sure everything from toilets to washing machines worked smoothly. Clearly, this wasn't just a one-time transaction. The commitment runs deeper.

Now, as the Threatts look to launch a second truck, they’re again counting on Saniflo. Two more Sanigrind Pro pumps and another Sanicom 1 drain pump are part of the deal, setting the stage for more comprehensive mobile solutions for those who need them most.

Hope Vibes isn’t just resting on gadgetry; they get out there, boots on the ground, serving up to 75 folks each location, six times a month. But the real kicker? The City of Charlotte’s call to collaborate on more projects like it. Financial backing from city planners suggests this little operation might just be onto something significant.
Emmanuel's not shy about stressing the importance of quality equipment: "Having a restroom, shower, or laundry facility on a vehicle is not a typical layout... by using Saniflo's above-floor plumbing solution, we have products that continually work well.
