The ultimate goal is to improve cancer care by ensuring faster and more accurate diagnostics.

The healthcare region caters to around 1.7 million residents across 17 hospitals. With pathology laboratories situated in key cities, it aims to leverage Sectra's digital pathology platform to improve case review processes and foster collaborative efforts among pathologists. The integration of AI tools into the workflow will further enhance the efficiency and accuracy of medical assessments, moving away from traditional methods that rely on physical glass slides viewed under microscopes.
