Project Aurora Construction Progress

Initiation of Construction
The construction of a state-of-the-art 8,400 square foot production facility commenced in mid-September. Currently, efforts are focused on completing the building and finishing the interior work. The project is proceeding as planned, with expectations set for completion in the early days of November.
Next Steps
Following the construction phase, the installation of essential electrical work is scheduled to begin in the New Year. In addition, production equipment skids are currently under assembly at Saltworks Technologies Inc.'s facility in Richmond and are anticipated to start arriving at the construction site in the first quarter of 2026.

In collaboration with Saltworks, the project is laying the groundwork to leverage advanced technologies ensuring that the entire lithium system, from extraction wells to battery chemicals, is optimized effectively. This initiative will facilitate the advancement of a full-scale plant design and cost analysis for an over 3,000 tonne per year modular commercial refinery.
