purchase order of $200,000.00 from ESMG Inc., and Top Sail Productions
LLC for replication services. ESMG and Top Sail Productions LLC are
divisions of Primco Management Group (OTCQB
MCM). Last month ATM, ESMG
Inc., and Top Sail Productions signed an exclusive agreement for all EP
and LP for CD and DVD replication services for all new titles that are
released and managed by Primco. This contract represents the largest
replication agreement signed by the company.
Primco currently has several key new singles that are being released by
new artist's such as Tion Phipps, Kamp Hustle and Bungle Knot Dredd and
Str8 Hip Hopp Jams collectors addition. All of these titles will be
physically replicated by Anything Technologies Media Inc., into
CD's/DVD's.
ESMG/Top Sail also has an exclusive catalog of 2000 titles by legendary
artists through it's ESMG/Top Sail Productions' music division. These
titles include hit songs performed by such iconic artists as Rick
James, The Gap Band, The Chi-Lites, The Emotions, The Impressions,
Patsy Cline, Jimmy Cliff, and many more. As major orders are received,
ESMG/Top Sail and ATM will announce the release of each physical EP and
LP through press releases to their shareholders.
