http://investorshangout.com/post/971010/We-wi...z2gQNeVAif You are close in what you are saying. We will have ads in all our spots out of the gate because of FilmOn. The difference is, this is a true broadcasts system we are using. We have full control. We will be working with Ad Firm partners who will be selling ads as well. These ads will be flat fee per ad cost. We can place ads nationally, regionally or locally. We will also be able to broadcast certain shows on certain regions based on where the viewer is watching from. This is the same model as traditional broadcast networks.
We have a marketing strategy which will will talk about at another time.
Alki and I have spent some time putting this together. His quote right in the release.
"We are very excited about VU being one of the early adopters of the FilmOn Partner platform," said FilmOn CEO Alki David, "Our system allows VU to create Live TV sites and apps branded to their specs! Bundled with our advertiser deals and vast choice of content, we feel good about VU's future in the online IPTV universe."
Also, there is no chance they would be shut down. If for any reason they do not broadcast the large networks, they will broadcast other networks partners like VU Television. This was stated in the news. As one of the first adopters to use this extraordinary platform and broadcast system we could become their focus network out of the box for the company. That puts us in a great position.
