If, indeed, Koos' plan is nefarious, he wouldn't use Regen as the next holding company for the IP. A better way would be to set up a competitive company, with more liquid assets. THen, force BMSN into the ground and buy said assets out of bankruptcy court. If Regen is the target company, it would be dragged into the bankruptcy filing and butchered up to settle BMSN debts given that Regen is considered an asset of BMSN. keep in mind that the bankruptcy judge will be looking for this type of shenanigan, so, Koos would have to be really clever and really devious to pull this off. it is definitely possible, but, I struggle to see how Koos would prefer that approach to letting BMSN grow and prosper legitimately. Killing his reputation, what little he was able to scrape together after all his other shenanigans, in this industry would be very painful and would probably cost him a leadership position in any resurrected company in this industry.
