The Arrangement Agreement remains subject to, among other things, the final approval of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. The hearing for the final court order to approve the Arrangement Agreement is scheduled to take place on October 3, 2013, with the effective date of the Arrangement Agreement expected to occur on or about October 4, 2013.
