That's true Papa.  On top of that I don't think he can legally get a finders fee as a upper management personnel.  Though I do believe that he can get a bonus and he well deserves it for keeping this company going all this time.  I believe without him Baltia would have folded for lack of funds a long time ago.  But I do believe it could be managed just slightly better than it is now.
