Well, of course, I am getting yet another beating. Such is life.
So, here are a few questions:
------Who owns all of the intellectual property (HemaXellerate & the dcellvax)? Think now...
------What company was issued 500,000,000 shares back in May (maybe July...the Nevada SoS site will tell you) I think it was, with a subsequent issuing of some of said stock to Caven Industries? Think now.
------What could Koos possibly gain by shorting BMSN & ENTB stock, decimating the companies? Think now.
------Why hasn't Koos changed the CUSIP for BMSN? Hell, for either? He is still beholden to Asher Enterprises with ENTB and Asher has been linked to many corrupt schemes by way of manipulating stock. If he were at all concerned about the activity with the stock, one would think the beating it has taken since his last so-called PR would be cause for great concern. Yes? No? Not that there has not been plenty of activity that has been cause for great concern before then.
------Why is there STILL a DTC chill issue with ENTB? This doesn't effect everyone. But there is still an issue.
------Who has vast experience in being a broker (and quite possibly is still a licensed broker though not registered with FINRA)?
------Who owns several holding companies that are registered in various states?
------Who seemingly did not know that his stock (BMSN) was being traded on the Berlin Exchange before such was halted by authorities at the behest of European authorities and not BMSN (so he is a broker, with this vast knowledge of business, brokering, stock trading, etc., etc., but didn't know his company was being shorted to hell on the Berlin exchange? uh huh!)
------Who went into several toxic financing deals with companies, relinquishing common and preferred shares of his corporations although said toxic companies have a long history of defrauding shareholders & running scams? (Have you goolgled Steven Hicks yet?) This "venture capitalist" expert? And that is just for BMSN & ENTB.
Do I need to go on? Shall I list the number of documents that come up when you cross reference names and businesses and search SoS sites? The SEC? FINRA? I could be here all day listing material. I am not the only person who has found this material. And I am not the only person that feels that serious nefarious play has been going on and that we were getting mega wool pulled over our eyes.
Now, I hope he proves me wrong. For the sake of we shareholders, I hope he makes some quick changes and proves me to be flat out wrong! Though, the history can all be found with some digging so he can't change that. But, how I would love for David Koos to prove me (us) wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
