Too early for that---there is still time for Koos to fix this and prove he is not going to shaft his shareholders. The first step would be providing a sufficient update on the trials that outlines the progress as well as the additional requests by the FDA with an estimated timeline of these experiments. If he doesn't release something soon whether it be by PR or updating that ridiculous website...well...
