Jason did say there may be a couple of pleasant surprises, but my opinion is nothing substantial, but I could be wrong. They still appear to be trying to put a lot of pieces together. They have people wanting to throw money at them but its not good money for shareholders. No road construction started yet. Trying to get himr to let IR release some pictures of concession, but really it will be just a lot of water with some trees sticking out. He did brag on what a good concession we have. I personally think we need some really substantial money that we don't have to give the store away for. Until we get that, I think we may as well relax. JMO   JB
