There is one reason and one reason only for the second PR to be released after the first and after the promo's (pumps). Someone aimed to dump on the spike (promo's/pumps) then benefit from the tanking resulting from the absolute mind-boggling PR (Why is it mind boggling? Because it lacks so much and contradicts what was already told to the shareholders.). He knew that would happen.
I think Koos is shorting his own stock and is using several companies that he has direct affiliation with as well as others he can use anonymously to help in doing so.
That is what these holding companies allow him to do.
Let him prove me (us) wrong. All the evidence points to massive corruption with no regard whatsoever for all those that will suffer as a result. Including the doctors.
