I agree Oiljob that this might build momentum but

I agree Oiljob that this might build momentum but TECO needs to keep the pressure on and continue to build the momentum.  Not drill a couple wells report less oil than estimated and then take another month or two to start the next project.  If that happens and SJ#3 doesn't complete successfully then we could be stuck under .03 for a long long time.  Now if SJ#3 is announced to be a commercial well,  the Stocktons complete with decent numbers and TECO continues to drill back to back then IMO the PPS will KABOOM!
