(1) Will those audited financials be filed with the SEC
If the Company ever wants to up-list to NASDAQ they sure will be. Right now, however, I'll leave that up to the CFO to decide, if he wants his work filed, I will certainly assist him with that via EDGAR . CFO Reuven has mentioned he would like to , so we just might do that. As for the company, we generally don't waste our shareholders hard-earned money on "Filings" to Supplement information already PUBLICLY DISPLAYED on our corporate website, as that is what SEC filings really are; just supplemental information disclosures related to the underlying entities corporate actions, in my personal opinion of course! As I'm sure the SEC would disagree with me! Anyhow, as I just said, we might very well file them...so keep your eyes peeled 24 hours a day over there for any updates! Or just wait and the exact same information will be available via a link through our corporate website.
(2) I don't see why I need to email .. what will that prove.. my location?
No, it will prove you were not just lying to me about being an OODH shareholder.... and it will give you more credibility, as of right now........well, I'll be nice and not go into what I think! We know who our shareholders are from a tool called a "No-Bo List" and your being secret about who you are only solidifies you are NOT a shareholder...that's all. Again, prove me wrong... as "tigton" was unable to and he has now been removed from our contact list.
(3) if you really got that money then that should have been PRd
Really, and this is for you to decide? What we choose to PR, when we PR and what we choose not to PR about? Ok, I'll leave that one alone - for a minute! We don't sit around and PR all day trying to "Pump" up our company (Obviously NOT -lol) .... yes, I know, but honestly, we have a rather different concept from "other" pinky stocks! I'd rather chat with shareholders right here on www.Investorshangout.com all day and/or spend the remainder of my time working on corporate development! Which is what I do....
You can rest assured, we got a little something coming for ya guys... you have waited for news for quite some time! Just can't tell you when your update is coming ...that's all. All I can say is... just be ready!

Yes, it will be wonderful for our shareholders to interact with officers in a positive manner! I'll be posting on this same website and on Skype during the conference call to accommodate our shareholders who are deaf or hard of hearing .

We are a very funny group of folks and if we had a "Reality Show" like everyone else has these days, it would be CHART TOPPING! I suppose when everyone starts cussing at everyone else on the cc , IMO, that should probably be the end of the call. I can't wait to hear the criminal stock manipulators and "Short" players from the other message boards get SLAMMED on the call-- we are actually counting the days... just to hear them rant! LOL

Great, we know and it shows! "Transparency" ~ Ummm... our company is one of the MOST transparent publicly traded companies in the entire World . Have you not been to our corporate website? Just because we don't file with the SEC does not mean you can't figure out exactly what we are doing. We had some "Hiccups" when the www.OTCMARKETS.com SCREWED UP, and their actions caused all sorts of problems under REG FD... but OODH officers and OODH Lawyers are working with them right now on resolving their issues.
