Really? You seriously just said that?
PG put in way more effort than you ever thought about and has been kind enough to inform everyone on her findings regardless of whether they appear positive or negative for the company.
Did you take the initiative to fly to San Diego and meet the CEO, CSO, and check out the company? NO.
Have you provided any information to the board that is educational or informative in the least bit? NO. All you do is barade others with negative comments.
