I do hope you are right...maybe in all his experience as a venture capitalist he's finally learned the process of doing something that is not going to spell disaster for his shareholders. Naysayer's can say what they will about the medicine and what appears to be a major muck up with the IND application. I don't think that is the case. And I know the FDA is a pain. But, with everything I have read today within SEC filings and various other places, it seems that every single entity that Koos has had charge of, the shareholders were fated. From FRDM to Frezer, Inc., to some of his brokerage dealings and many more in between, shareholders have gotten a very bad deal. I don't believe it is because of ineptitude, either.
With the reputation's of pioneers in their fields of science at stake, I certainly hope he (Koos) is not handling this venture the same as he has others. The activities of the past two days, but especially today, have me beyond concerned. This has been an incredible test of faith for me.
It really disturbs me how some laugh and seemingly take great pleasure in others despair. It is one thing to counter the words of someone or call them to task...even have a good ole fashioned knock down, drag out with words...but to laugh at and ridicule those who have obviously been kicked in the privates, I don't do well with that. So, I choose to refrain from entertaining hell for right now. That place is infested with such folk.
